Peter Valentin, a very dedicated cop, racked up almost $1.3 million in SETTLEMENTS.  Well, to be fair when you work 3 1/2 months over-time, you might overlook some rules too. In 2013 he received $126,000 for his purposeful disregard for the constitution.

With an eerie semblance to the Stephen Woods catastrophe China executed a 18 year old male for a rape/murder that he did not commit. It was only overturned due to a  miraculous CONFESSION by a completely overlooked party. Of course, this kind of thing happens all the time.No big deal. China boasts an almost 100% conviction rate, leading to 2,400 people being executed in 2013. In 1989, one man was killed for supposedly killing a woman who wasn’t even dead.
